We will begin shipping in March 9th. This is because we wait for the freshest batch of Matzah to arrive. You are welcome to place your order now. The last day to order to the West Coast will be on March 30, 2012. You can place an order until April 4, 11:00 AM and choose the appropriate shipping so that you will receive the Matzah on time. SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates are calculated using UPS Realtime. Just enter your zip code in the shopping cart and click to see your rate. You can do this before submitting your order.

You will get a tracking number via email as soon as your package has been shipped.

If your package needs special instructions, ex: shipping to a hotel or International shipping, please email info@MatzahOnline.com

We pack the Matzah boxes using bubble wrap and other packing material (peanuts, air bubbles etc.)

The Matzah is whole and in good shape when it leaves the warehouse. The handling by the shipping companies may cause breakage. Based on the feedback we've been getting, some customers receive their Matzah completely whole, while others receive broken Matzah. If this is a concern please contact your closest Kosher grocery and buy your Matzah locally.

We are not a store and therefore we regretfully cannot offer local pickup to the public. We have accomodated customers in the past by offering 1 day of pickup from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. If you are interested, please email info@matzahonline.com

We have also arranged for private courier delivery in the New York area for some customers (to avoid UPS handling.) Please email for information.
